Slipping out of the car, he opened the trunk to get their bags, letting her get Wilson.
"I spent a long time in closed quarters. Space and a good view were my two conditions for the house."

The dog hopped out of the car and began sniffing around, taking in his new surroundings. He wandered over to part of the front walk that had an unobstructed view of the Bay; she followed, standing there and looking out over the water and the bridge.
"The view's really awesome. You must have been thrilled to find this."

"The master bath overlooks the water, too." He gave her a bit of a grin. "The tub's right in front of a picture window, high enough up for privacy, with an unobstructed view of both the ocean and the bridge."
