Thanks. It did at least point me in a useful direction. I'm on a Mac, so the linked tutorial didn't have my answer. What it *did* do was give me the terms I needed to dig through the Apple forums for my answer.

Unfortunately, I've now managed to block not only snap but also youtube...

I don't know about this Snap thing, but maybe it's a free account or sponsored account thing? I am not having problems, but I am a permanent account holder.
