Local HMVs have put me into frustration for numerous times already. Most of the staffs there are clueless and sloppy, unprofessional in another word. Prices are higher than anywhere else but the service sucks.

just because they are the only major store that could take order for import items in HK, otherwise i wouldn't bother putting up with it *sigh*
