Has this family ever heard of Planned Parenthood?

And how nice that she wants to raise the child in Louisiana for a "normal life." It obviously worked so well for her and her train wreck of a sister...

Having a baby at 16 is all too normal in LA. Actually, she probably waited kind of a long time! I guess that the age of consent is 16 in LA, too, eh?
