I've seen the 'Santa kneeling before Jesus' thing before as well. I controlled the urge to destroy, but it took alot out of me.
I go back and forth on the inflateables. There is a house in Independence, on 21, that usually has at least 4 and they have them for EVERY holiday. It's a bit much. However, the kids and I are in love with the new snowglobes with the foam snow that blows around inside. Whenever we're at Kmart, we have to stop and watch for a few minutes. I'm worried that J uses the time to figure out how to take it apart or make a weapon out of it. :D
I never really wanted to buy an inflatable, but there's a four-foot Snoopy snowglobe at CVS that beckons me every time I go there.
Maybe after Christmas. And then maybe I can set it up at Mom's house because there's no way in hell Jeff would enthuse over an inflatable decoration on the lawn!
