You are so good at writing about restaurants and description of food. You really should be writing a column for an on-line paper.

Since Smithfield was purchased by a Chinese Co. I see an Asian influence in their restaurant.

Aw, thank you. I appreciate that. Yep, definitely lots of Asian-influenced entrees. 99% of them not authentic. Sadly, it is probably only one of two places to get sushi locally. We're not exactly a food mecca here.
