Baked Macaroni and Cheese

I was in my 20s before I had my first box of Kraft Macaroni and Cheese. Much like many convenience products, it in no way, shape or form seemed even a close approximation to the real thing. Up until that time, I had often wondered why kids I'd met had objections to scratch cooking. I'd seen countless elementary aged children turn up their noses

LOL. The boyz grew up on Kraft mac and cheese, and you nailed it -- the first time I fixed them REAL mac and cheese, with three kinds of cheeses that took about 2 hours to fix? They turned their noses up at it.

I agree wholeheartedly. I made pulled pork, cole slaw, and homemade mac and cheese for my friend who has 6 kids. The kids were all excited when told they were having mac and cheese but only one of kids liked it. The rest wanted Kraft.
