Lobster Rolls with Roasted Corn, Peach and Basil Salsa

This was modified slightly and has some lovely elements...the inherent sweetness of the meat and corn, the crisp salty bite of the bacon, the acidity of the tomatoes and peaches, plus the brightness of the basil. I was told that if you do 'live lobsters' you have to freeze them before preparing them to put them in the boiling pot and it'll cut down on the activity you've mentioned.
