well the cup, or the keeper is a better-safer-easier- and CHEAPER way to go anyway. one time fee of 20 bucks, and then no more tampons. :)

yeah i've been thinking of gettting one, but i'm wary about cleaning it in public places...what do you do?

well i try to avoid changing in public as much as i can, but you can use toilet paper to wipe it out, or just a rinse of warm water if you're in a private stall. something i always say to get are some baby wipes to store in my purse, but that is something i always say but never do, but it's really not that bad.

also if you start to get real "good at it" ha, you don't have to pull it out each time, just tilt it a bit to break the suction and dump it out. my best friend does it that way.

it's really not that intimidating. it just takes some getting used to. :)
