I swear, if they shot any of this at the Doubletree, they'd better have someone awesome playing me.

(I worked at the Doubletree -- the front lines -- during the 2000 election whatnot and got to meet/see a lot of these real-life folks. And yes, James Baker is a supreme dick.)

Ed Begley Jr. had a 3-second cameo as Spinal Tap's first drummer. He was the "Great tall blond geek with glasses" in the black and white clip of "Gimme Some Money".

Ahhhh, yes.

I wonder if being a Spinal Tap drummer carries the same kind of glory that comes from having voiced one of the doomed concert-goers in Metalocalypse. =^P
