Ha, this weekend is the Berlin Fair. Wow, I think my town revolves around those three days. It's sad. Also sad is the number of people who go home from college just to go to the fair. Of which I am not one :D

Yeah, it is kind of sad.

As I recall a conversation from Friendly's tonight

Kevin: Last night, when the presidential debate was on, I asked my dad why it was on during Berlin Fair weekend. It's supposed to be a national thing, but no one in Berlin will watch it.

Yeah, Berlin Fair was open last night for rides and some food...

Carnies scare me...

oooh - I'm commenting on my own comment.

Our town doesn't only revolve around the Berlin Fair...it also revolves around Dairy Queen opening.

Yeah, I was talking to someone about that...how Berlin revolves around DQ and the Berlin Fair. Haha, gotta love our town!

David, Martha, Sarah, and I went to a Renaissance Fair yesterday instead of to the Berlin Fair. Fun!

i gotta say, you didnt miss much from the fair itself. I only went for an hour and managed to see everything worth seeing (the hicks, the rednecks...oh, and the other varied groups of white trash that invades Berlin for a weekend) Being home, however, was excellent, and I had a great time.

but yes. The town still revolves around berlin fair and DQ. How long till the schools give off a DQ day? Or better yet, Berlin Fair Month? or Berlin Fair Decade?

HAHAHA! Yeah, I think a Berlin Fair Decade is in order. And glad to hear you had fun at home.
