By the way, in Opera 7.2 the lyrics in your journal layout show up half-across the top navigation links and half-blocking the first entry. Though I'd say that's just Opera-finickiness. Also, the skiplinks link to a capitalised URL (http://www.livejournal.com/USERS/COOKIECUTTERX/?SKIP=20), and don't work. (Or, again, at least not in Opera. Maybe IE isn't as fussy about capitalisation/non-capitalisation.) The header image is gorgeous, by the way :)

Oh! and just out of curiousity... when you first joined support, did you know alot about the way LJ works before you joined up?

The lyrics are still out of place (which is actually Opera's fault: you've used top and left pixel values to position the div tag they're in, but it doesn't support those properties very well and just centres the div. Grah.) though as the skiplink also looks the same maybe I'm viewing a cached version? *reloads and reloads*

As for LJ Support, nope, I hardly knew anything; just vaguely knew my way around the FAQs and HowTo at the start. :) Are you interested in doing Support? *mwahahaha* It's addictive and everyone doing it is quite, quite insane. I'll gather up all the relevant 'Welcome to Support' links if you're interested. :)
