that picture was taken at nationals for band last season. we won't be competing at nationals this season in order to save money, and that makes me sad because Indy is pretty much the highlight of my season.
2) "Rondeau later tonight, I'll be home Monday. I get to see James tonight, even though it's for about twenty minutes (if that) but it's a hell of a lot better than nothing."
Rondeau is the provincial park in Canada where my cottage is. self-explanitory :) James came home to see me and drove me home from practice, but because I was leaving for my cottage that night, I couldn't see him for very long. but if we had not seen each other that night, I wouldn't get to see him until this upcoming weekend, and those 20 minutes were able to tie us over for a bit.
