That on the left thar is totally how I dressed in college! Take some vintage or vintage-inspired number in autumn hues, add dark tights, and finish with Mary Janes. Sometimes I would have added a crazy hat to the mix, and there you have it! Good times.

It's funny how so many people are drawn to the style (or the music) of the eras in which they came

p.s. Did you enter the HGTV dream home sweepstakes 122,425 times this year? I seem to remember you had the same obsession about trying to win that thing as I did. At least I think that was you.(If I win, you are invited for a visit before I sell it to pay off the tax debt;))

I still wear Mary Janes and too. It takes a lot to get me to break out the tights & dresses, though!

Hmm...that wasn't me, but I have entered previous HGTV contests. If this one is still going on, I'm in. Yes, we need many thousands to fix up this dump ;)
