Here's what you do:

Put a bottle of water in your car and keep it there.

When/if you get pulled over the speeding, you take it out.

Proceed to pour the water on your pants.

Tell the office/pig that you have an over-active bladder and ran out of medicine and you're trying to get home.

Works great.

and i would have done that too but i was smoking a cig...so it would have been kinda obvious that i was not dying of an asthma attack..lol
