A Night Out

A couple weeks ago we went out to dinner for Chris's birthday. He chose Matsutake, a Japanese steak and sushi restaurant where they cook at your table. We've been there a few times and always love it. Very entertaining, and delicious as well. I always get the beef filet and have them prepare it medium-rare, which is the BEST way to prepare beef
