This week's Four Foods on Friday is on a subject I really like - cupcakes! I do love cupcakes, and would love to visit a cupcake bakery, which seems to be all the rage now. Here are the questions:

I like the diet coke idea! A half dozen cookies are easily canceled out by the the nutritious goodness of a diet coke. Brilliant! :)

Very cool cupcake. Very festive. I confess I usually make cupcakes from a mix too. Muffins for that matter.

Yes, those cupcakes were for a teacher luncheon where the theme was the beach. They were a mix, but I thought the cuteness made up for it!
