Dinner Post!

Last week I made one of Chris's favorite meals, but was so tired from my new anti-anxiety meds that I didn't get a chance to post it. I'm still a little more tired than usual, but it seems that most of the side effects have worn off. I have a Chinese Chicken Salad recipe I make in the summer that uses uncooked ramen as kind of like croutons. If that sounds interesting, I'll give you the recipe.

Our son really likes Ramen Noodles and everything in the recipe. I'll have to make this next week. Looks yummy! (Hope you're feeling better! I was sick the whole month of Jan. and was so sick of being sick...LOL)
