HELLO MEL! how's it there? i've been on a dessert-making frenzy, and just used the most amazing lemonpoppyseed shortbread recipe ever, you have to try it! and then after that i made lemon curd minus the butter plus truckloads of vanilla beans. it was...it felt so sinful minus the butter! but including 4 egg yolks. and like, 3/4cup sugar. eckt. but it's heavenly, that's what it is. you haaaaave to make it. REALLY. how's your accomodations like?
