Busy, busy.

Well sort of.

From the start of today, which was around 6.30am, I have made sandwiches, petted the cat, put the rubbish out, caught up on various blogs, watched the tail end of the Jim Carrey version of A Christmas Carol which, oddly, made me cry, petted the cat, cleared the kitchen, thrown away old and dead spices, also thrown away seriously out of ( Read more... )

Sounds busy (yay for fussing cats!).

I have found that the tiny little tins of tuna are just right for lunchness - with some spring onions, black pepper and maybe a bit of garlic, + olive oil = happy camper and it's taken almost no time/effort.

I always forget about tuna! I found leftover fish pie though, so that's lunch sorted. :)

Good nutrition is so important. When I get to feeling depressed I either forget to eat, or eat crap, and it so doesn't help.

But I do believe that regular kitty fussing may be the secret key to happiness.
