Woooooow, I freaked out so many times, this is the last place I'll freak out about it because I seriously went insane... (^_^)> But it's lonely freaking out being the first one to hear it and to hear it on such a badly acted, pre-teens wanna be cool TV show... I always hear news and go look for it for proof, it's weird it being the opposite way

The composers make music and pretty much Johnny's buys the copyrights to use it, I think. But copyrights only work in the country you register it with, so I think the composer sold the copyrights to both Johnny's in Japan and Disney in America. If not the copyrights, then the use anyways. In the end, it's the composer's work, Johnny's just used it.

But the opening of the song are the same...and "ue wo" part too...why don't Disney use Arashi's so the credit goes to them...

It's the same music completely (well, Disney took a little different directions since Mada Ue Wo has a violin run and Disney changed it to a vocal run, but still
