abdicate (v.): (2): to give up having toned abdominal muscles on account of the fact that maintaining them requires more attention than they are probably worth. Or, perhaps, I am just a bad strength trainer. ;)

Good Lord I hope our President doesn't see this list, it will leave him completely confused over words in his speeches. (Not that he isn't already)
