There are many species of insects - a list of which I AM going to give you the satisfaction of seeing:

Spiders
Bugs
Flys
Beetles
Ants
Centipedes
Crustaceans
Termites
Predominantly Aquatic Arthropods With Characteristically Segmented Bodies and a Chitinous Exoskeleton

That about covers every single species of insect known to man. This is, of course, not counting the ladybug, because it is a woman and women deserve no rights, including the right to be included on lists of insect species.
