In light of all the consumerism poured into today I would like to remind everyone that although today is valentines it is also single awareness day. So be nice to your single friends and don't make your love make the rest of us uncomfortable. Well you already know how I feel about it. The holiday itself doesn't make me uncomfortable and I usually laugh at the ridiculousness of it all, but I generally don't acknowledge the day outside of the obligatory school lessons and making of cards.

You should watch the most recent episode of "The Office" (Season 7, Episode 16). It was all about how uncomfortable some people can make others feel.

Haha Loved the video thanks! I wanted to make a shout out to all of us relatively single folks! This was my first valentines day w/the family and I must say texting made me feel loved :) and getting a valentines day card from a good friend (not a guy I dated) helped.

BTW haven't seen the office in a while, but I'll make sure I watch it. There's a shwo on nbc called outsourced, they have a good valentines day episode about single folks as well.
