Cell phones

My phone works again! Whatever issues Blackberry was having have apparently been resolved, since my phone just chirped 75 times, letting me know all the emails I missed over the last few weeks. And it's not dropping calls right and left either. Yay ( Read more... )

Wish I could recommend but I just have a Nokia
through T-Mobile for emergencies, mine or my car
That is it............
I have had it for three years and just roll over the unused minutes, normally 900, every year for $10..........

My cell phone is about 5 years old and still looks like new - which is actually kind of pathetic socially speaking.

Over the five years, the screen looks smaller and smaller though. Screen size would definitely be a consideration if I got a new one.

I keep dropping mine, so it probably looks older than it is. It's still working okay though, so I think I'll hold off for a little bit longer on getting anything new.

iPhone! I love my iPhone and am getting a new one. Mine is an original iPhone 3G and has been a workhorse for me. I've dropped it bad at least 3 times and its still going strong (just getting slow because its technology is old for updates, etc)

but don't know if your carrier works with iPhones.

Everyone I know who has an iPhone loves them. My carrier does work with iPhones, and I've looked into them. They're a definite possibility but I decided after all this that I don't actually need a new phone. I just kind of wanted one. I'll probably hold off for a bit longer while my current phone is still working okay.

If you have a Blackberry, then you already have a smartphone (phone, PDA, games, makes coffee...). Just not a very good one (says the girl who got rid of hers last month). What kind of phone you get depends on your carrier. If you have Verizon, I'd like to recommend the Droid Bionic. It runs on Verizon's 4G network plus has a dual core so it is lightning fast ( ... )

I realized once I started looking up smartphones that I already had one. It's just not a very smart smartphone. It really doesn't do much compared to so many other phones out there, but it does work. I can't justify the cost of getting a new one yet. I'll wait for a bit and keep researching. The apps you have on your phone sound really nice!

I'm another iPhone fan girl, but since it sounds like you can wait, it might be worth waiting for the iPhone 5. I'm in that same "want" don't "need" category for a phone, so I think I'm going for the Kindle Fire instead of phone! squeee!

The iPhone5 may be out by the time my current phone is just not worth messing with anymore. I'll definitely look into iPhones. Every single person I know who has one loves them.

Kindle Fire! Those look so cool! Let me know what you think of it when you get it!
