A) I suppose that would be Phantom Thief Dark. He's a living legend for the past decades. He always seems to look the same and has black wings that are pretty real.

B) Well, Takeshi's dad is the police chief. And Takeshi seems convinced Dark can find Harada Risa whose been kidnapped. Does that count?

c) Never seen them. Heard the usual ghost stories of our school and places around town, but nothing beyond that.
