[So Somarium, have a Tony who has taken his sweet time doing any sort of Dreamberry post, probably because of the flood and him having to spend so much time settling in prior to it. But anyway, he's got things he needs to ask that can't really be put on hold any longer.]
Okay people of Somarium, a few things:

[She has no idea who she's talking to yet, but she's interested in what he might be building.]
Seeing as how you've been directed to the industrial district for scrap metal I won't suggest that. There are research facilities in each district near the desert but I'm not exactly sure what sort of research they're doing out there.

[Or something. He hasn't actually read books with plotlines like that but they have to exist.]
Research facilities? You'd think they'd actually tell you about the cool stuff upon arrival especially if you're interested in that kind of work. [Research = investing in the future = something Tony is interested in.]

Hm, looks like this man approves of her physical appearance.] I don't know what kind of lab equipment you might need but I can build a computer from the bits of technology around here.
[How about a time machine in human form?]

[It's possibly in poor taste but hey, he did some heroing during the flood.]
It's hard to get the average everyday person on the street to talk beyond directions to the nearest cafe or store which, y'know, is vaguely unsettling like some horror movie possibly waiting to happen.
[There's a lot to approve of.] I could never ask you to do that, not without buying you a drink or dinner first.
[He would probably propose. Jokingly but seriously, she would be one of his favourite people for the rest of his stay here.]
