That "Help is on the Way!" dude is funny as hell, even if he is a liar. But I still wouldn't give him any money either, so don't feel bad.

I gave Help is on the Way a cigarette for a rose when he was passing them out at the Hanson concert. It fell apart in .246747 seconds. I was so pissed. It was a total waste of a perfectly good cigarette.
