Jonathan, it sounds as if you have just hit a slump.....don't laugh it's true. I hit the same thing about 7 months ago and was in exactly the same place that you are now. that may not help, but i just felt like it could be somewhat applicable. remember just to let go and let God (sorry cliche..but i had to put it in)
