[There were actually two dreams Piers had the night before. The first one was of a birthday celebration for him. It wasn't that strange because at first it just seemed like Cecil was missing from it since he could see his green-haired mother, though looking closer at it, that definitely wasn't Terra. In fact all the people who attended had hair like his own, except for one man who seemed older than the others.
And that place was definitely not the village. It was a lovely city, but really the oddest thing was the fact that he seemed to be well over a hundred years old according to this.
And then later he dreamed about a group of people including himself fighting a huge and powerful dragon that ended up being made of three people merging themselves together, and hearing of Alex climbing some place called Mt. Aelph to gain power.
Alex being a power hungry manipulative git wasn't too surprising though.]

(ooc: Just for reference, in the AU Piers was actually engaged to a woman a few years back and they were going to be married and it was likely due to be a pretty big event considering just how large his family is and all and it quickly ended up being nearly the whole village being invited. Unfortunately, the girl he was to marry was killed in a Third Party attack before the wedding and the poor man has remained completely single since then.)
