[Well, that sure is odd, why is a voice coming from the book he pushed aside earlier and not from the other direction.]

Why is that book asking me who I am?

Waking up in jail must be making me go crazy. Now the book is arguing it isn't a book? Or maybe this is some strange dream caused by eating some bad fish or something? At least that would explain the wings...

[Fine, he'll humor you little book, nothing better to do til he gets out of here or wakes up if this is really a dream. He picks it up and Amiti likely can see his face in the camera now, though not like that helps since he's likely never seen the Lemurian before.]

[A communication device? Hmm, but why would he have been left such a thing? That means he could get in touch with someone he knows to get him out of here.]

I appear to have been mistakenly jailed again. It was bad enough when I was mistaken for a pirate in Madra. If this is a communications device, do you know if I could get in touch with a man named Felix? My name is Piers and I was traveling with him and his friends and something must have happened to me after Issac and the others from Vale reunited.

I just hope all of them are all right.

[Obviously history wrote out how Felix even met Piers in the first place. Always nice when it does that since it was rather embarrassing to consider and the only good thing about it was meeting Felix and the others.]

[That explains why he hasn't heard of it. They didn't visit much of Angara since the others had reasons to avoid many of the places there.]
