Welcome, rising politician! This here is the one and only City Hall located in the Downtown District. Here, knowledge is politics and leadership skills are an absolute must. Not just anyone can walk through here as they please. First and foremost, only the experienced and well-known are allowed inside. So you absolutely must be LEVEL 15 if you wish to pass through the entrance. If you're still below that level, then go out into the world and get yourself some more cards, kid!
Ah! So you are LEVEL 15! Then step right up and enter inside. For being of the required level, you are permitted to sign up for a job as a Secretary. As a secretary, you are allowed to work once a week, receiving a payment of five cards.
Now, if you're experienced enough and have the required leadership skills, then you might be just we need here in the City Coucil! With 12 LEADERSHIP SKILLS, you can toss that lousy secretary position and become Mayor of the town! If you're between LEVELS 15-17, we'll pay you $35 a week. If you're between LEVELS 18-19, we'll pay you $40 a week. If you're LEVEL 20 AND ABOVE, we'll pay you a whomping $50 a week!
So go grab a pen and fill out the required forms in order to recieve your paycheck for the week.
