_lisalisa_ and I had SUCH a good time last night. She came up so we could go to the Glee Live show at Universal Amphitheater, and it was So. Much. Fun. I really enjoyed the matinee show yesterday, too. I think they've gotten into getting the audience geared up (though the matinee did have plenty of tweens, teens and lil' ones.

I'm glad you went to see it! There were a good number of kids at the evening performance as well, though I imagine it skewed a bit more adult tan the matinee.

Geez, when Lea introduced Jonathan, I thought Lisa and I were going to hit the ceiling.

Aw, Groff. He really is the sweetest boy in all the world. He's got a gig at Joe's Pub coming up in June, and I'm SO excited. I haven't seen him since January, before he left for LA. And I'm so curious to see what he decides to perform for his solo show (and I wouldn't be particularly surprised if Lea showed up for a song or two).

I'd love to see him perform a set. I remember you NY peeps speaking so highly of him, so I'm glad I got to at least hear him live last night, even if for only one song.
