james 1:1-9

If you think we are not getting real. Go home. If you want to call out bluffs, blame and bitch go home. If you want to say, "Oh boy I want to but no-one else does" then go home and stay home. We are The Church. We are the future of The Church. What you see is what you get. So call each other up to greatness and truth. Don't call our hearts ( Read more... )

Are we not allowed to speak about how we feel? Is it all supposed to be hush hush and just pretend that we are all doing our part? Is it none of our business? The Bible says that we ARE to be our brother's keeper. I am doing my part as best I can and I am looking out for people. I am trying. I am commiting to young adults, even when I don't want to go and would rather do something else, because we are there for intimate conversation and sharing, not shooting the poop. No one ever insinuated leaving the church. We are perfectly able to tell how we feel. Don't condemn us for that. That's childish.

That's the essence of "REAL FELLOWSHIP" as it has been put. I certainly don't want to sit here and type a holier than thou comment because believe me, I am convicted by what you all have to say. I think that everyone has a point and even as I am typing this can't find any real right or wrong between your points. Pat I stand 100 percent behind what you have to say in this post. You bring up a good point with "call each other up to greatness and truth". That is exactly what we should be doing as a church family. Your wrinkle analogy was also ( ... )

Stephanie,
I know that you weren't necessarily talking to me but I just want you to know that I think that you are truly amazing. I am amazed at how much I can see God working in your life and how you bring that out to others. I don't even know what else to say. You inspire me.
