this past weekend, i got to witness an amazing performace by Sunni Patterson....the sisters words and energy, are a beautiful thing.
i wasnt even going to go out this weekend...but after seeing her, im glad i did. -

Common is the SHIT!
I got to see Common Wed night....and it was something that i really needed. getting to see my chi-town brother was great. the crown was light because most people were headed to Jena,La but still had energy. i stood alone on the floor of the venue and felt weird. i missed the people i normally stand with. i missed seeing the faces of those i know.
