We aretonights andcopellia, (steelfaerie and raphaelsmuse on the forum), and welcome to our BPAL Halloweenie 2009 decant circle, Meryl and Laura's Slightly Tardy but Still Awesome Decant Circle of Awesomeness!
This circle is all the Halloweenies including the Pumpkin Patch and the Vampires - the whole shebang, baby, one bottle of each. We are doing full decants only, but there is no minimum - please order whatever you'd like! Orders in the USA only. We would have posted this sooner, but the decanting supplies only arrived today. Several people will be working on filling decants *indicates our lovely assistant, Patrick* so we will do our level best to have orders out three days after The Big Box arrives. Cross hearts.
Prices: Decants are $3.75 for the 'Weenies, Pumpkin Patch and Literary Vampire scents. We'll use this site to calculate PayPal fees and will add them to your total - it's a tiny pittance, but it adds up and helps us not lose too much money on this venture. When you request decants, please allow us to tote up and confirm your total before you send your payment. Payment should be Paypal, and sent to steelfaerie (at) aol.com.
Here's some prices for full sets, which are a bit discounted for your pleasure.
Entire Weenies set, including all vampires, pumpkins and "others": $97 plus shipping (regular $105)
Pumpkin Patch (6 decants, including 1/5 of the Tattie Bogie imp): $17 plus shipping (regular $18.75)
Vampires only: $35 plus shipping (regular $37.50)
Other weenies only: $45 plus shipping (regular $48.75)
Shipping and packaging: $4.50. Everything goes out in brand-new bubble mailers with copious extra bubble wrap, and every single package comes with delivery confirmation, no exceptions. But f you order a whole lot of decants (more than an envelope's worth) they will come Priority Mail, in a box, at no extra cost to you. Your packages will be coming out of Boston, Massachusetts.
Add-on bottles: are totally okay with me! You pay the actual bottle cost and a dollar extra to ship 'em. I will delay the big order until Wednesday August 12th, so if you want extra bottles make sure to let me know before then.
Second bottles: We will consider opening second bottles on request.
Tattie Bogie: As above, if you purchase a full set of Pumpkins (all five), you will receive a decanted 1/5 of the Tattie Bogie imp. If there are extra fifths of Tattie Bogie, we will put everybody's name into a random generator and give them away to the winners, free of charge.
Empty Bottles: If you want anything in particular, just let us know.
Accompanying frimps: will be divvied up as evenly as we can manage.
Freebies: will be mostly fancy teas, candies, and any random BPAL and non-BPAL cosmetic samples we can lay our hands on. :)
