Vivid dreams

I've been trying melatonin to aid in my intermittent insomnia. Last night was day (er, night) two of the Grand Melatonin Sleep Experiment. So far, I think it has made it easier for me to get to sleep, but it is hard to say, since it is intermittent insomnia. Maybe it is just intermitting at the moment. Very interesting. I've thought about using melatonin to help my own sleep. My dreams are already pretty vivid at times, and I wouldn't mind if they were more so...
I forgot about the nicotine patch dreams, they were great!

It's cheap (or at least the tsuff I got was). $5.50 for 60 tabs at Target. I figured at that price, and with the consensus that it's safe as houses, why not give it a try.

You can also try trytophan and/or 5htp. Both make with the sleepy and give wacky dreams ;)

Hey! Good to hear from you. How have you been?

Anyway, 5htp has really upset my stomach every time I have taken it. I might give tryptophan a try just for comparison's sake. Do you find it is better than melatonin?
