THANK GOD. I was starting to think it was just me and some stranger on Twitter who were having a "MOFFAT, WTF DID YOU DO TO IRENE ADLER?" moment. >:|

On that note: Moffat, wtf did you do to Irene Adler? For a guy who created Sally Sparrow, sometimes I have to wonder what gets slipped into his cup of tea.

I am just. Boggled! The funny thing is, when the credits rolled, I actually thought to myself, "I enjoyed that!". And then I went upstairs and had a nap and woke up about an hour and a half later like, "NO, WAIT A SECOND, THAT WAS FUCKING AWFUL!". What the hell even happened.

Eternal Law! It is an ITV drama about ANGELS AND DEMONS who are sent to Earth to wile and thwart and etc. AS LAWYERS. IN YORK. And it has Sam West as Aziraphale 'Zak', a somewhat crabby and cynical angel who has been on Earth for millennia, and Tobias Menzies as Crowley 'Richard', his debonair, demonic frenemy. AND THEY HAVE DRINKS TOGETHER IN A PUB, AND 'RICHARD' CALLS 'ZAK' "OLD THING."
