High Tech Homeless

Last night while driving around after midnight I see a blue tv glow coming from a pavilion in a local park.  Parks here close after 11pm and truth be told, I dont care if youre there after dark as long as youre not setting things on fire or breaking stuff, but I had to check it out.   I walk up and there is a homeless guy sleeping on a table.  Next

Despite Homeland security grants, COP grants and the various other free money locations out there, it shows even the homeless are still better equipped than the cops!!!!!!!!!!

That's funny though. Wonder if he has NCIC access on there?
