Thanks everyone for listening to my bitching and backing me up here. Really, it seems like my family (apart from Dad) isn't on my side so it's hard for me.

Melly-"I" don't technically own the house (otherwise I would be going off my nut and she would be out the door and backpaying for rent) but it's my mum+uncles place they inherited. It's supposed to be passed down to the kids so we can live there and look after it and save money for our own house deposit.

I'm getting a sample rent agreement from the internet and I'm altering it to suit then serving it tomorrow.
