Actually, folks, given Mr. A. Nonymous was asking for the 'source code' to my chicken soup, would people want me to post the recipe for this soup?

Does it happen to be a salt-free recipe? :-)

Salt-free? No. Low-salt? Yes.
If you need to completely remove salt from it, instead of using a low-sodium broth to begin with for making the stock, you can use water. At that point, any sodium you add is entirely your own.
