Apparently, there is an issue with my provider and the DNS servers they have. This is resulting in an inability to resolve hostnames, and as such, you may wish to try to reach the web server and TeamSpeak servers directly via their IP address (209.237.13.163)

I am trying to resolve the issue presently, and will keep folks informed.

I'm not sure if it was discussed, but several weeks ago, during a rather torrential downpour, the parking garage at my workplace flooded, due to a drain that backed up.
