Same here.
I used to write so much just some years ago. I remember how I wrote at least two pages per week, so that I could update my fanfic on a regular basis. It was fun; creating situations and characters, describing them and getting feedback for it. But now? I've completely neglected it as well. So I know how you feel. I find myself noting down random sentences, even "haiku-like" stuff, but I never have the motivation to actually sit down and write something proper, like a short story. But I'd definitely consider your idea and try to implement it somehow. I'm sure you wouldn't regret it.

I write lots of random things, mostly not longer than a phrase! I used to be able to write good short stories, but I think I've lost the art. My exams are almost over, so I think I should write more.

I really love writing, especially describing things, but I'm crap at dialogue and plots. It's really no fun without them though.
