My word count is up to 20,500. W00t! Nearly halfway there and way ahead of schedule. Also, working on it makes my chest not hurt, which is always nice

Maybe it's because you're just writing and not worrying about getting it published/produced? It sounds like your other projects require rewriting or rejiggering, and here you're just... writing. *g*

I honestly think that it's just because I really enjoy these characters and the story that I am telling with them. I like spending time with them.
