1. Agent Henriksen and Agent Reidy have a tradition of playing practical jokes on each other every April Fool's Day. Their yearly prank wars are legendary throughout the Bureau.

2. Kathleen Hudak managed to survive her encounter with the Winchesters without encountering the supernatural. When she does encounter it, it's something completely ridiculous. Possessed garden gnomes? Evil lawn furniture? The Flying Spaghetti Monster? You decide!

3. X-Files Crossover: Agent Mulder tries to convince Henriksen that the serial-killing brothers he's pursuing are actually aliens.

4. Die-Hard Crossover: John McClane meets the Winchesters. Surely, wacky hijinks must ensue.

Bones crossover: Dean and Brennan are completely unable to communicate. Do Sam and Booth come to the rescue, or just point and laugh?

Monk crossover (does anybody even watch that show anymore?):

The Winchesters are Mr. Monk are on the same case. Sam is a pretty sympathetic, nice guy, but Dean is really getting a kick out of seeing just how much he can distress Monk (Hey, Sammy, watch the way his eyes bug out if I dribble some mustard on my shirt!)
