It's a band of extremely dangerous rogue ninja in my world. From what we've been able to gather about them, their intent is to capture nine powerful and destructive demons to threaten the ninja villages into submission.

They don't plan to 'stop' the demons - they plan to release them. To use them as weapons against the rest of our world. The most powerful demon is right here in this City, locked away and dormant inside one of my comrades.
