Totally agree about this episode... well, almost totally, Karen Gillan doesn't bother me. And even the inevitability of Van Gogh's suicide didn't bother me, I suppose because since depression doesn't necessarily stem from an outside force, finding out he'd be appreciated in the future wouldn't necessarily do much to help his now. And it's not like they gave him anti-depressants.

Totally agree on the nit pick about the alien itself, though.
