SV 6x15 Freak Review

Episodes like "Freak" are the reason I still watch Smallville. So yeah, a Chloe-centric episode (and that's appeal in its own right although I enjoyed the ensemble feel of the episode) but actual plot and the characters resembling their iconic selves, and seriously why can't every episode be like this? Also Chloe and Clark were so Lois and Clark

"excellent observational skills on Chloe's part for noticing Dan's earring. It was small and wasn't very obvious and I didn't even know that Dan had an earring until Chloe pointed it out. It was a nice subtle way of showing that Chloe clearly has well honed observational skills that are needed to become the ace investigative reporter that she will be

No kidding. If every ep was as good as Freak, this show would win emmys and Golden Globes and Saturns all the time. THe scene in which Clark removed the device was so intense! Allison was amazing and Tom was right there with her. They bounce off one another like no one else. They always bring out the best in each other when they share the screen unlike in Tom's scenes with KK or even worse, with ED. There is simply no comparison.

Not to mention the obvious sexual undertones in the surgery scene and the touchy-feelie scene at the end. The other girls can only dream about having as much talent as either AM or TW and Al Gough only wishes Tom had such blazing chemistry with KK or ED.

This was how Smallville should be each week!
