Jibbily!! But also... whoooaaa...

I was just on weather.com to see what it's going to be like outside today (cloudy, but relatively warm), and was simultaneously HYPNOTIZED AND DISTURBED by this margin ad for SkinTensive skin cream that allegedly fights the signs of aging twenty-four hours a day. Forgetting for a moment that I am not convinced that any product actually does what ( Read more... )

Well, I went to weather.com especially to Check It Out. It also seems to imply that your face is going to be constantly changing from wrinkledandleathery to youngandfresh throughout the day; never being one or the other, always some bizarre hybrid. BACK TO THE DRAWING-BOARD, sKINtENSIVE!

An excellent point! It was like a friggin rollercoaster ride! No one wants to have a nauseating face! Back to the drawing-board, INDEED.

We went to Applebee's with taiko on Tuesday, and Junsei was engaging in seemingly inappropriate behavior with the water pitcher. Then they gave birth to a glass of water, which grew up quickly to sport a crazy hairdo (entire handful of straws) and glasses. It was Michael animating these things with movements reminiscent of a three year old playing with dinosaurs that really made it good.

"Laughing too hard to see" is a good phrase.

Hahahaha! Awesome story! Glad the taiko people continue to be comedic gold. And I WILL read and respond to your posts! I see that little bug-eyed cow and I think, "I need to read and respond to Melanie's posts!" But do I do it? No. Why? Because I am lame.
When you come in March, I will tell you about my first seriously drunk experience, and the phrase "Laughing too hard to see" will take on new meaning.

It's the reward they give them for being ridiculously smart. "Welcome to Oxford. Expect mooning." Lucky me, I get to fake it for a year! :)

I imagine your reaction was something like the face you had on when we were attacked by the now notorious "Pop-up Sex Book." I mean, sure, we should have known what to expect, but who could have guessed the title to be so literal?!

P.S. Sarah gave me your Lj address again, and it is now BOOKMARKED. To be fair, i'll give you my blog's address, so that we are both equally empowered to spy on the other:

Why are all your internet user names so cool?

You know...overcompensation for the inferiority complex that plauges me in real life. That, and the fact that I have such a cool last name to work off of. I mean, Falconer? Come on, I hardly even have to try.

Why are all your online names based on a game of pretend-princess you played when you were thirteen? Yeah, I went there.
