I'm staying in this Halloween -- me, chocolate, and The Nightmare Before Christmas.

Be aware that anyone who disturbs me shall suffer a penalty of death. Never get between a woman and her chocolate.

Death, huh? I thought you were against punishing people by death.

I'm against the state objectively murdering people as some kind of retribution for a crime.

Clearly the death I'm referring to here would be a crime of passion on my part.

Hmm...err...might I offer one suggestion?

Those short people that come to your door trying to take your chocolate? Don't harm them. They're innocent. Just give them candy you're willing to part with and let them go. Please. [Though I will defend you if necessary.]

And will I get killed if I come trick-or-treating?

The short people know better than to knock on my door. They learned their lesson last year.

It's highly possible -- depends how early in the night you show up.

Does that mean the later I show the more likely I am to get candy and not death?

The later you show up, I don't know how much candy you'll get, but you may not get death.
